Mr. Boomhour has over 25 years experience in senior financial leadership positions serving both private and publicly listed companies. Mr. Boomhour is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) in Canada and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the USA and was most recently VP Finance for a major publicly traded construction company in Canada.
